This Privacy Policy – provided pursuant to Art. 13 of EU Regulation 679/2016 on the protection of data to natural persons (hereinafter “GDPR”) – is intended to describe how the website is managed in reference to the processing of personal data of those who interact with the web services accessible via electronically from the address:

Obligatory nature of providing data
The provision of consent is always free and optional, in the absence of which it will not be possible to send personal data. On the other hand, the provision of data is mandatory: failure to provide data or providing incorrect data will prevent the processing from taking place.

Purpose and legal basis of processing

  1. Processing and storage methods

Personal data are processed by automated means for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were collected, unless the same information is subject to other processing operations by  the Data Controller itself. With regard to data collected for marketing and profiling, as a rule, they will be retained for 10 years from the last contact, while cookies will be retained for the periods of time highlighted in the relevant policy. Specific security measures are observed to prevent loss of data, unlawful or incorrect use in compliance with the obligations to comply with minimum security measures. In any case, upon withdrawal of consent, the data will no longer be processed, unless necessary for the management of possible disputes.
